1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Digital Goods)

For all our digital products, including PDF bundles, Audio files, and Video Masterclasses (Products priced from ₹250 to ₹5000):

• If you are not satisfied with the content quality, formatting, or if it does not meet your learning expectations, you are eligible for a full 100% refund.
• The refund request must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Once the refund is processed, your digital access links and portal login will be immediately revoked.

2. Cancellation Policy for Premium Mentorship (₹7200 Tier)

Our premium live sessions require us to block the valuable time of our certified Maulanas and Madarsa educators. Hence, the cancellation rules for this tier are distinct:

• Before Classes Begin: If you cancel your enrollment at least 24 hours before your first scheduled WhatsApp video session, you will receive a 100% full refund.
• After Classes Commence: If you wish to discontinue after taking 1 or 2 sessions, we will provide a prorated refund. The cost of the completed sessions will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your source account.

We process all valid refund requests from our backend within 24-48 hours. However, depending on the RBI guidelines and our banking partners (Razorpay/Cashfree), the standard Turnaround Time (TAT) is:

• UPI / Wallets: 2 to 4 business days.
• Credit / Debit Cards: 5 to 7 business days.
• Net Banking: 5 to 7 business days.

Please note: All refunds are strictly credited back to the Original Payment Method used during the transaction. We cannot process refunds to a different bank account or alternative UPI ID to prevent fraudulent activities.
